November 4: Chamblee Municipal Elections
Working Hard For You

I’ve always believed that being part of a community means showing up and getting involved. Long before I ran for office, I volunteered, supported local causes, and looked for ways to help make Chamblee better for everyone. That’s how my passion for public service began: by rolling up my sleeves and getting things done.
Vice President, Dresden East Civic Association
Chamblee 101 Graduate
Member, Recreation Advisory Committee
Secretary, Keep Chamblee Beautiful
Since joining the Council, I've been working hard for you.
Parks, Trails & Recreation
Trail and Park Bond – I led the effort to bring this referendum to voters. Thank you for passing it with 81% support.
Wood Acres Park – Purchased the land, created the master plan, and will break ground next year.
Village Park – Revitalized it with eco-friendly restrooms, turf fields, and more.
Dresden Park – Invested nearly 13 million dollars in upgrades. The grand opening is scheduled for December.
Arrow Creek Park – Built this new park, which includes Chamblee’s first pickleball courts.
Rail Trail Expansion – Opened multiple new trail segments to better connect neighborhoods and parks.
Planning, Governance & Infrastructure
Mayor Pro Tem – Honored to have been selected by the Council for the past two years.
New City Hall – Helped lead the final construction phases and acquire the surrounding property.
City Center Steering Committee – Served on the team that vetted and selected the developer for the City Center project.
Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee – Chaired the team to develop Chamblee’s five-year strategic plan.
Public Works Expansion – Purchased property adjacent to the current facility to support growth.
Downtown Entertainment District – Helped create this district to draw more business and activity downtown.
Environmental & Sustainability
Sustainability Plan – Led the effort to create Chamblee’s new Sustainability Plan.
Trash Traps – Installed traps on Nancy Creek and Arrow Creek in partnership with the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper.
Expanded Recycling – Added citywide options for glass and scrap metal recycling.
Community, Education & Civic Programs
Council Dog of the Month Program – Partnered with Lifeline to spotlight adoptable pets and engage the community.
Dresden Elementary School Education Foundation – Board member for four years, working to support local education.
Antisemitism Resolution – Sponsored and passed Chamblee’s first formal resolution condemning antisemitism.
Millage Rate – Maintained the city’s millage rate for four straight years.
Discover Chamblee Board – Serve on the board to promote tourism and economic development.
I'm a workhorse for you and the city, not a showhorse.
I hope I’ve earned your vote over these last four year and look forward to serving you for another four.
