Left the Station - This Past Week's Events:
June City Council Meeting
We held our June Council meeting last week, and I'll have my recap up this week. However, I want to make sure that I share our Counicl Dog of the Month! This pretty girl needs a home!
Michiko is a volunteer favorite at LifeLine Animal Project and is described as an angel on Earth. She's one of the sweetest dogs in the shelter who loves to roll over and give you her belly and lean into you for the sweetest snuggles. She is super loving and will melt into you and rest her head in your lap as soon as you start petting her. If you're looking for affectionate and cuddly, a dream dog like no other, then Michiko is your girl!

Celebrating Juneteenth
We combined our Juneteenth celebration with our concert series, and it was a blast! Thanks to all who made it a special day to remember!

Chamblee’s Stormwater Division has engaged a consulting team from Lowe Engineers, with a subconsultant, Atlas, to conduct a Citywide stormwater system survey and assessment. Field work is scheduled to begin in February 2026 and continue through October 2026.
Residents can expect to see field crews out with survey equipment, locating and documenting stormwater assets, such as inlets, manholes, and pipes, in the public right-of-way and from the street to the nearest outfall or stream. They will occasionally need to access private property for this purpose and will have identification.
Regular updates regarding the location of survey crews will be provided via social media. Questions can be directed to the Stormwater Division at stormwater@chambleega.gov.
