Catch up on all things Chamblee!

The Locomotive - One Big Thing:
My Powerful "Why"
I’m often asked why I first ran for office. The answer is simple, and it hasn’t changed: public service isn’t just a role—it’s a calling. My “why” has always been clear: I’m driven by a deep love for Chamblee and an unwavering belief in giving back to the community. Every decision I make, every policy I support, and every initiative I lead is rooted in one core commitment: delivering meaningful outcomes for the people who call Chamblee home.
As I seek reelection, my focus remains where it has always been, on you, the citizens of Chamblee. I’m not interested in politics for the sake of politics. I’m here to make a difference: to solve problems, remove barriers, and create opportunities for our families, our neighborhoods, and our local businesses to thrive.
To me, leadership means being present. It means showing up, listening carefully, and taking action. Whether it’s helping a resident navigate a city service, advocating for infrastructure improvements, or championing programs that enhance public safety and quality of life, I believe the best way to serve is by being available and engaged.
I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I know there’s still important work to be done. That’s why I’m asking for your continued trust and support in this next chapter. Let’s keep building a stronger, more vibrant Chamblee together.

Greetings and glad tidings my Chamblee commoners! I, Jimmy, your benevolent ruler and almoner of triviality, have returned to lift your spirits out of the gutter of banality you call lives!
Please see the attached photo of sidewalk being paved! Is this to distract you from us rulers crying into our sport coats at the mere mention of civil litigation?! Well of course! You may have elected me to serve your interests but I only serve the billable hours of our city attorneys and my own naked personal ambition you silly serfs!
But fear not we have indeed achieved important goals this week! A communications and social media policy! How, you may ask, does this improve your daily lives as commoners…
