Announcements and Presentations

LifeLine Animal Showcase

Meet Durban, the Council Dog of the Month. He is available for adoption and is a good boy deserving of a forever home.

Every dog featured has been adopted, so let's keep the streak going!


Chamblee Middle School Football Team

The team visited City Hall to invite us to their next football game. Go Bulldogs!


 

New Business

Intergovernmental Agreement with City of Doraville for Use of City of Chamblee

Evidence Secure Storage - This agenda item was APPROVED by the Council.


 

Ordinances - 1st Read

Low Impact Film Ordinance Amendment -This item was MOVED to the Second Read.


 

Staff Action Items

2025 Benefits Renewal - The Benefits Renewal was APPROVED as presented by Staff.


Woodacres Property Master Plan - APPROVED as presented by Staff.


Village Park Turf Field Improvements Project Bid Award - APPROVED as presented by Staff.


2580 Northeast Expressway - APPROVED with the conditions recommended by Staff.


3285 Shallowford RD NE - APPROVED with the conditions recommended by Staff.

While I'm not crazy about this project, it will result in a crosswalk and streetscape - including a sidewalk - for us.
