Flags at the Chamblee Police Department and Dresden Park are at half-staff in honor of President Jimmy Carter for 30 days. To prevent the flags at Old City Hall and Public Works from being tethered, we’ve placed black streamers/ribbons on them as an acceptable display of mourning.
